My Commitment to You

Every piece that leaves my studio — whether a one-of-a-kind original painting or a fine art print — is made with care. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to me, and I want you to love what you've chosen. If something isn't right, please reach out and we'll find a way forward together.

Original Paintings

Because each original painting is a unique, handmade work of art, I'm unable to accept returns simply due to a change of mind. I encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you'd like additional photos, scale references, or a video in natural light — I'm always happy to help.

Please note: Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor calibration and lighting conditions. This is not considered a fault.

Damaged in transit: If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the damage and the outer packaging. I will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the circumstances.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are printed to order by my trusted print partner (The Print Space) and are not held as stock. For this reason, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for prints unless there is a quality issue or the item arrives damaged.

  • Damaged or defective prints: contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs
  • Incorrect item received: contact me within 7 days and I will arrange a replacement at no cost
  • Change of mind: unfortunately not eligible for return or refund

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your files — such as a corrupt download or missing file — please contact me and I'll resolve it promptly.

Printed Products (Cards, Mugs, Cushions & More)

Products such as greeting cards, throw pillows, mugs, notebooks, and water bottles are fulfilled on demand by a third-party print partner. These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

  • Item arrives damaged or faulty: contact me within 7 days with photos
  • Wrong item received: contact me within 7 days and I'll arrange a replacement
  • Size or color doesn't suit you: I'm sorry, but these cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing error

Where a replacement isn't possible, a full refund will be offered for confirmed quality issues. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order qualifies under this policy, here's what to do:

  • Email me at the address below within the relevant timeframe
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • Attach clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Do not return any item before receiving instructions from me — unauthorized returns may not be accepted

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
